Job summary

MSD is seeking an Operations Technician for our Animal Health facility in Worthington, Minnesota. The role involves working in cleanrooms, operating sterilization and filling equipment, and supporting biologics manufacturing processes on the 1st shift with potential weekend work.

Requirements include a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) and experience in lab or biologics/assembly settings. Comprehensive benefits and a strong team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Microbiology, or related field preferred.
• Experience working in a lab or manufacturing of biologics or assembly line work highly preferred.
• Knowledge of aseptic techniques and procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work in a cleanroom and wear cleanroom garments.
• Wear scrubs in production areas as required.
• Operate steam sterilizers, filling lines, freeze dryers, and other equipment.
• Prepare and clean equipment; clean and disinfect clean rooms.
• Demonstrate good communication, documentation and computer skills.
• Collaborate individually or with others as needed.
