Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of related pharmaceutical, GMP or FDA-regulated experience.
• Strong knowledge of cGMPs, FDA regulations and industry guidelines.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production schedule coordination, shift operations and personnel.
• Set up and operate equipment in a biologics environment for plasma-derived products.
• Adhere to FDA procedures and document controls.
• Lead and train entry level personnel; assist management with scheduling.
• Maintain clean room conditions and safety practices.
• Perform basic process analyses and monitor quality parameters.
• Lead in the absence of direct supervision.
