Job summary

Grifols is hiring a Manufacturing Technician in the Los Angeles area. The role supports converting plasma to injectable protein therapies, involving setup, operation and cleaning of processing equipment in a controlled environment.

Responsibilities include aseptic techniques, strict adherence to FDA procedures, precise documentation, and safe operation of a 24/7 plant with rotating shifts. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or certification preferred.
• Proactive, results oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Flexible with working hours to support 24/7 plant operation.
• Computer literacy including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Clean, setup and operate equipment in a biologics processing environment.
• Follow procedures per FDA regulations and maintain documentation.
• Adhere to safety policies and keep a clean room environment.
• Perform aseptic and non-aseptic cleaning, preparation and components sterilization.
• Assist with Lyophilization training as needed.
• Operate touch screen operator interfaces (OIT).
