Cognizant is seeking a Scientific Informatics Lead to drive biologics research workflows and informatics solutions across discovery and preclinical R&D. You will partner with scientists, lab teams, product specialists and IT to translate research processes into scalable platform capabilities.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Genedata Biologics experience and strong leadership across requirements, workflow design, integrations, testing, and operations to ensure platforms meet business goals.

Formación

• Strong domain experience in biologics discovery, antibody discovery, protein engineering, assay development, screening, cell biology, or translational research.
• Hands-on experience with Genedata Biologics or comparable platforms.
• Understanding of experiment capture, sample management, entity lineage, assay data, metadata, and data traceability.
• Experience gathering requirements, configuring workflows, testing, and platform enhancements.
• Leadership in platform initiatives beyond end-user support.
• Familiarity with Genedata Screener, Benchling, Dotmatics, IDBS, BIOVIA or similar tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead requirements discovery for biologics experiments, assays, samples, and data workflows.
• Translate scientific processes into user stories and specifications.
• Provide senior oversight for platform configuration, testing, and deployment readiness.
• Design and optimize workflows for discovery, antibody discovery, protein engineering, and translational research.
• Guide integrations between ELN/LIMS, instruments, and data environments.
• Support data lineage, metadata management, and data governance initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across scientists, informatics, validation, infra, and vendors.
• Oversee SOPs, documentation, testing, release notes, and procedures.
• Support platform modernization, migration, and reporting initiatives.
• Provide technical and functional leadership to align platforms with business goals.
