Qualifications

• PhD in Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field with 0+ years of experience.
• MS degree with 6+ years in biologics CMC development.
• BS degree with 8+ years in biologics CMC development.
• Hands-on laboratory experience in biologics formulation or drug product process development.
• Experience in biologics CMC development and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute formulation and drug product process development activities.
• Drive scientific innovation and support cross-functional collaborations.
• Apply analytical techniques and biophysical characterization to DP development.
• Lead by example in lab execution and develop new capabilities.
• Ensure data integrity and GDP; prepare reports and regulatory materials.
• Review documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
