StatCare is seeking a Biologics Assistant in Knoxville to support centralized administrative operations for the Biologics department. You will manage calls, patient inquiries, and maintain accurate medical records in the EMR.

Qualifications

• Strong data entry and accuracy in patient records.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems, Cerner preferred.
• Ability to verify demographics and insurance information.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation standards.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route calls and patient inquiries related to biologics.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and insurance information.
• Prepare consent forms and ensure completeness before appointments.
• Scan and file biologics documentation in EMR.
• Monitor communications and coordinate with team members.
