Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. seeks a Biological Inoculation I to support the egg inoculation line in Swiftwater, PA. This role operates in a fast-paced production area, handling eggs, carts, and conveyors in a sterile environment.

The position covers the 1st shift (6:00 AM to 2:30 PM) for an 8-month campaign, requiring physical stamina, teamwork, and adherence to SOPs. Flexible hours and possible overtime are part of the schedule.

Formación

• Able to push or pull carts weighing up to 800 pounds; two people required to move carts
• Move trays of eggs weighing roughly 5 pounds per tray between cart and conveyor/egg incubation carts
• Perform fast-paced sorting and inspection of eggs
• Rotating duties: load incubation carts, sort eggs, and inspect eggs every ~20 minutes
• Work in a sterile environment wearing scrubs, hair/beard covers, masks, gloves and sleeves
• Flexible schedule; overtime, weekends and holidays may be required

Responsabilidades

• Oversee inoculation process of eggs in incubation environment
• Operate inoculation machine and monitor egg doses
• Transport inoculated eggs to incubation carts and manage cart turnover
• Breakdown, clean and set up equipment before, during and after production
• Adhere to SOPs and cGMPs throughout shift
