Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Biological Harvest I (3rd Shift) for an onsite, 7-month assignment at 1 Discovery Dr, Swiftwater, PA 18370. The role involves egg handling steps in a sterile production setting with strict cGMP procedures.

Responsibilities include loading eggs, inspecting, replacing rejects, and ensuring timely throughput in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina and safety compliance are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Able to safely move carts on wheels which may weigh up to 800 pounds.
• Must be able to perform all physical requirements including reaching, twisting, bending, squatting, repetitive motion, and lifting 30+ lbs.
• Must be on feet for entire 8-10 hour shift.
• Pass respirator fit test.
• Able to work in a sterile environment with appropriate PPE.
• Years of Experience: 0-3 Years.

Responsibilities

• Unload 136 egg trays from the egg cart into the harvesting machine at a quick rate per tray.
• Inspect eggs at a quick rate per tray at the candler station.
• Replace reject eggs with good eggs at the filler station.
• Inspect eggs after decapping at the inspection station.
• Stack and load clean egg trays onto carts and move to staging areas quickly.
• Deliver carts to the inoculation area and remove carts from washers as needed.
• Handle washed trays and re-stack/deliver to staging areas outside harvest in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow gowning and cGMP SOPs in all tasks.
• Disassemble and clean harvest equipment after production and reassemble for use.
