Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. seeks a Biological Inoculation I for the overnight 3rd shift in Swiftwater, PA. This onsite role operates from 10 PM to 6:30 AM during a seven-month campaign, focusing on egg handling, inoculation, incubation, and GMP-compliant workflows.

Candidates must be able to lift 30+ lbs, stand 8–10 hours, and work weekends/holidays as needed. Training on sterile procedures and basic computer tasks is provided.

Qualifications

• Able to push or pull carts up to 800 lbs with two people.
• Move trays of eggs (~5 lbs) quickly from cart to conveyor or to incubation carts.
• Inspect eggs and perform quality checks at a fast pace.

Responsibilities

• Unload eggs from hatchery trucks and place into a warm room.
• Move eggs to inoculation load room and operate inoculation equipment.
• Place inoculated eggs onto incubation carts (136 trays per cart).
• Move carts to incubators with two people per cart.
• Support up to 650,000 eggs per day with multiple truck deliveries.
• Unload after incubation and advance to next process.
• Work seven days a week until end of campaign.
