Job summary

Gator Bio is at the forefront of biolayer interferometry technology, delivering real-time, label-free analysis systems to support breakthroughs in biomolecular interactions. The Product Applications Scientist reports to the Associate Director of Customer Success.

This role enables successful adoption and utilization of Gator systems through technical application support, training, workflow optimization, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• MS or equivalent in biology/biochemistry or related field.
• Hands-on experience with ELISA and SPR or other label-free analysis techniques.
• Strong understanding of biological applications and troubleshooting.
• Experience training users and supporting customers, or developing technical content.
• Strong communication to explain complex concepts clearly.
• CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales technical support, application guidance, and workflow optimization.
• Deliver customer training programs on instrument workflows and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot complex application- and instrument-related issues with cross-functional teams.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements and documentation.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, and R&D to improve customer outcomes.
