Job summary

Gator Bio in Palo Alto, CA is seeking a Product Applications Scientist to enable successful adoption of Gator systems through hands-on technical support, training, and workflow optimization. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve challenges, improve user experience, and ensure successful implementation of applications.

Qualifications

• Requires MS or equivalent in biology/biochemistry or related field.
• Hands-on experience with ELISA, SPR or other label-free techniques preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and scientific communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales technical support and troubleshooting for customers.
• Deliver customer training programs and onboarding for workflows and instruments.
• Create and maintain technical training materials, guides, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot complex application- and instrument-related issues with internal teams.
• Capture customer feedback to drive product improvements and knowledge sharing.
