Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Bioinformatics and Operational Lead to drive the adoption and enhancement of enterprise bioinformatics platforms. Qualifications

5+ years of experience supporting or analyzing bioinformatics workflows and data.
Familiar with genomics data, sequencing analyses, or surveillance analytics on Linux HPC.
Experience with bioinformatics toolkits, databases, and scripting (Python, R, Shell).
Proficient with Snakemake or Nextflow on Linux HPC environments.
Knowledge of NGS/omics data analysis in public health genomics.
Ability to translate user requirements into platform capabilities and document outcomes.
Track requirements using Azure DevOps or Jira and manage multiple priorities.
Master's degree required; Doctorate a plus.
