You will develop computational frameworks for organoid quality assessment and collaborate with experimental teams to guide protocol optimization and dissemination of findings at conferences.

Qualifications

• PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology, biostatistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Multi-omics analysis of single-cell and bulk data (RNA-seq, proteomics, metabolomics).
• Collaborate with wet-lab teams on experimental design to optimize protocols for discovery.
• Develop computational pipelines for data processing, QC, and statistics.
