Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university throughout the duration of the co-op/internship.
• Willingness to relocate to the office and work 40hrs/week, Monday to Friday for the full duration of the co-op/internship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement computational pipelines for processing large-scale immunological datasets.
• Quality check data entries in electronic notebooks.
• Analyze and interpret complex biological data from genomic sequencing, proteomics, and immunological assays.
• Apply Python/R and statistical tools to process and analyze high-throughput data.
• Maintain robust documentation and version control practices.
