Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s in bioinformatics, computational biology, data science, computer science, or related field.
• Must be enrolled in an accredited college and able to relocate to Waltham, MA for 40 hrs/week.
• Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Strong English written and verbal skills are preferred.
• Immunology data experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement computational pipelines for processing large-scale immunological datasets.
• Quality check research data entries to the electronic notebooks.
• Analyze and interpret genomic sequencing, proteomics, and immunological assay data.
• Apply programming (Python/R) and statistical tools to high-throughput data.
• Visualize data and document results using notebooks and version control; participate in group meetings.
