Aftermath Services LLC is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead biohazard remediation projects and ensure safe, efficient completion of assignments. You will interact with clients on-site with empathy and professionalism while guiding the team through scope approvals and paperwork.

The role emphasizes leading jobs, not people, with a flexible schedule including occasional overnight travel and a strong focus on safety and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in restoration, construction, or similar preferred.
• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
• Local candidate (must respond within 1 hour of call)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in challenging environments
• Comfortable with dynamic schedules and occasional overnight travel
• IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation

Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in biohazard remediation projects (blood, bodily fluids, trauma scenes)
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards
• Communicate with clients on-site with empathy and professionalism
• Handle project paperwork and scope approvals
• While this role does not manage people—it leads jobs and ensures successful completion
