Qualified candidates have 2+ years of supervisory experience in restoration or similar fields, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to handle physically demanding conditions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in restoration, construction, or similar preferred.
• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in challenging environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in biohazard remediation projects (blood, bodily fluids, trauma scenes).
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.
• Communicate with clients on-site with empathy and professionalism.
• Handle project paperwork and scope approvals.
• While this role does not manage people—it leads jobs and ensures successful completion.
