Job summary

ONI, based in San Diego, is seeking a product marketer to carry the biodiscovery story to new market segments. You’ll own positioning, messaging and go-to-market for the biodiscovery portfolio and the roadmap that serves it.

This science-forward, individual-contributor role spans product marketing and product management. Your audience is expert: PIs, KOLs, core facility directors and discovery scientists in biopharma.

Qualifications

• Life-science background with imaging, cell biology or biophysics credibility.
• Experience in product marketing or field applications in life-science tools.
• Ability to translate dense technical capability into clear product requirements.
• Ability to work across teams in a fast-moving environment.
• Clear writing; data- and evidence-based decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging for biodiscovery applications.
• Build application notes, webinars, conference presence and case studies.
• Own competitive intelligence and positioning against adjacent modalities.
• Drive sales enablement with messaging frameworks, battle cards and training.
• Capture voice-of-customer and translate into product requirements.
• Think outside the box for new biodiscovery solutions.
• Contribute to roadmap and requirements with R&D.
• Partner on launch planning for new capabilities.
• Represent the discovery market as an evidence-based advocate.
