Job summary

Ampersand Biomedicines seeks a highly motivated scientist with a PhD in Biochemistry or Chemical Biology to lead antibody-oligonucleotide/drug conjugate (AOC/ADC) and protein sciences programs. The role focuses on developing novel antibody modalities for tissue-targeted biotherapeutics and advancing translational platforms.

Qualifications

• PhD in Biochemistry, Chemical Biology, or related field with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience with AOC/ADC platforms and protein science is preferred.
• Experience supervising studies and CRO collaboration.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities.
• Experience with chromatography and protein analytics techniques.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop AOC/ADC biomolecules for targeted tissue delivery.
• Co-lead AOC/ADC projects and advance therapeutic candidates with stakeholders and CROs.
• Supervise study design and data interpretation for in vitro and in vivo work.
• Develop platform for biophysical and biochemical analyses of antibody modalities.
