Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Docs.
• Experience synthesizing, editing, organizing and proofreading documents and tasks.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for undergraduate and graduate programs within the Biochemistry Department.
• Assist with award/scholarship communications and donor acknowledgments.
• Coordinate events and liaison with Graduate School and program directors.
• Manage graduate student recruitment visits and advise students on programs, applications, and academic info.
• Maintain graduate student records (paper and Google Docs) and track progress.
