• Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree with 2 years clinical research or laboratory experience acceptable.
• Minimum Education Level Required: Master's Degree.
• Minimum years of experience: 1 year in clinical research or related lab work.

Responsibilities

• Directs the day-to-day operations of the biobank and ensures adherence to best practices in biospecimen collection, processing, storage, and utilization of inventory management systems.
• Oversees patient consent processes and documentation, ensuring compliance with IRB protocols, regulatory requirements, and grant-specific guidelines; trains, supervises, and coordinates staff involved in biospecimen collection and handling.
• Manages data and sample workflows, including organization, protocol development, quality control, and preliminary analysis of biospecimen data and sample integrity.
• Supervises project budget and supports grant related submissions, while ensuring full compliance with institutional, federal, and sponsor-related requirements.
