• Master's degree required; relevant research experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating clinical research studies and trials.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and prepares IRB applications.
• Reviews/audits research studies; assists with next step determination.
• Monitors study budgets and expenditures; maintains and orders supplies.
• Assesses protocol feasibility; establishes recruitment plans.
• Trains staff and oversees student workers or junior staff.
• Communicates effectively with study participants and community recruits.
• Facilitates research/project team meetings.
• Resolves complex data collection issues.
