Job summary

Planet Pharma seeks a Senior Associate Research Scientist I to provide analytical testing support in our on-site Bioanalytics lab at Research Triangle Park, NC.

The role requires a degree in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or toxicology with relevant experience. You will work with modern instruments, maintain accurate records, and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced cGXP environment.

Qualifications

• Analytical testing experience in cGXP environment preferred.
• Documentation of lab work in LIMS or notebooks.
• Operate and maintain analytical instruments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing and analyses with minimal supervision using modern instruments.
• Adhere to cGXP guidance on test methods and method validation.
• Operate and maintain analytical instruments such as coulometric titrators and plate readers.
• Document work contemporaneously in a laboratory notebook or LIMS and assist in report writing.
• Identify anomalous results and participate in problem-solving.
