Merck Sharp & Dohme LLC invites motivated students for a Future Talent Program internship in the Regulated Bioanalytical Sciences group. You will design automated experiments to miniaturize ligand-binding assays, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.

You will gain hands-on experience with laboratory automation, data analytics, and scientific communication while contributing to global clinical development programs.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in a relevant science field.
• Laboratory experience with basic techniques, pipetting, and solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; good communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; proficient with MS Office.
• Foundational knowledge in biochemistry, biotech, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments to miniaturize assays from 96- to 384-well format.
• Analyze data and provide recommendations to improve assay performance.
• Collaborate across automation, bioanalytical, and assay development teams.
• Prepare technical summaries and present findings at the intern symposium.
• Support regulated bioanalytics activities in a pharmaceutical setting.
