Pfizer is seeking a Bioanalyst to support development and quality operations in a life sciences setting. The role blends office-based quality oversight (75%) with hands-on lab support (25%) during peak times, in a temporary assignment through Atrium for Pfizer.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in biology/biochemistry and 2–4 years of lab experience, with strong analytics and data handling emphasis. Work location is in New Haven, CT, on-site with standard pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, or a related field required.
• 2–4 years of laboratory work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enhance operational excellence through lab inventory and asset management.
• Master GxP document lifecycle through use of lab procedural documents and submission-ready lab study plans and reports.
• Ensure data integrity through quality review of cumulative data tables against source.
• Drive project timelines through coordination with lab scientists and project leads and biweekly study management meetings.
• Provide critical GxP lab support through routine qualification of equipment, software, and handling of human biospecimens.
