System One in New Haven is seeking an entry-level Bioanalyst II to join a clinical biomarker laboratory within a Phase I unit. The role involves handling human samples, data quality control, and supporting daily lab operations on site.

The position targets candidates starting their career in laboratory sciences, with a 40-hour work week and onsite lab responsibilities. A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and basic lab skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Immunology, or related field
• Approximately 1 to 3 years of laboratory experience preferred
• Basic laboratory skills, including pipetting and safe specimen handling
• Understanding of sterile techniques and laboratory safety practices
• Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Teams)
• Ability to learn new software systems and electronic laboratory notebooks quickly
