Job summary

ProQuality Network is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to support our client’s divestiture projects within the biopharmaceutical industry. This onsite, 1-year contract role requires strong program management, leadership, and stakeholder engagement across cross-functional teams.

The selected professional will oversee and coordinate milestones, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee divestiture-related projects, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain project plans, charters, and documentation.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
• Engage stakeholders with regular updates.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies; manage escalations.
• Track program costs and prepare monthly financial/progress reports.
• Drive continuous improvement across program activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver compliant results.
• Support change management and transition planning.
