Job summary

ProQuality Network is seeking a Project Manager for a biotechnology client in Ohio. The role is hybrid, onsite/remote as needed, contracted for 6 to 8 months, with focus on technology transfer in packaging and process development.

• Lead Project Management within the Process Development Organization, with a focus on Tech Transfer, Process Improvement, and Continuous Improvement.
• Provide day-to-day oversight of external programs and deliverables, ensuring compliance with timelines, product quality, and cost control.
• Manage Projects controls including schedules/project timelines, deliverables, budget and resources.
• Tech transfer expertise and experience with new products
• Packaging and automation experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional settings, with experience as a team member or leader of matrix teams.
• Project management expertise with strong coordination skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
