Job summary

The Army Non-Appropriated Funds (NAF) position at Fort Buchanan involves planning and conducting recurring bingo activities, assisting patrons, and operating gaming equipment. Staff will ensure satisfactory service and resolve patron inquiries during gaming sessions.

Qualifications

• Six(6) months to two(2) years work experience with bingo gaming equipment and programs as related to the duties described above.
• Work experience in a customer service focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct recurring patron activities such as bingo tournaments, and related activities.
• Circulate among patrons to assure service is satisfactory; receive and resolve customer complaints; provide information on equipment, facilities and gaming machinery.
• Assist with and operate the gaming equipment that randomly selects the numbers.
• Verify the bingo winners by computer input and/or review of paper cards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
