Job summary

The Army Non-Appropriated Funds (NAF) position at Fort Buchanan involves planning and conducting recurring bingo activities, assisting patrons, and operating gaming equipment. Staff will ensure satisfactory service and resolve patron inquiries during gaming sessions.

• In a patron usage facility, circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory; receives and resolves customer complaints; provides information and general instructions on the use of equipment, facilities and gaming machinery.
• Assist with and operates the gaming equipment that randomly selects the numbers.
• Verifies the bingo winners by computer input and/or review of paper cards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one-year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
• Operating hours : Monday to Sunday 5:00am - 11:00pm. Must be willing to work rotating shifts, Holidays and weekends to meet mission needs.

• This job is part of a pay-banded system. Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
• Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
