Job summary

Treasure Island Resort & Casino in Welch Township, MN is seeking a friendly, detail-focused team member to promote and sell pull tab and admission packages while delivering a high level of guest service.

You will provide information on bingo and property promotions, operate the POS, process cash and payouts, reconcile inventories, and maintain neat paperwork and a clean work area; cross-training in Bingo and Pull Tabs is included.

Qualifications

• 6 months cash handling experience.
• 6 months previous sales and guest service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Accurate and detail-oriented with good math skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide information to guests on bingo and other property amenities and promotions.
• Operate point-of-sales system and handle cash and cash equivalents.
• Follow established policies and procedures.
• Reconcile inventory, cash received and payouts.
• Complete paperwork ensuring neatness and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Cross-train in all areas of Bingo and Pull Tabs.
