Job summary

RRD is seeking a production operator in Wisconsin to operate offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packaging equipment during the mid shift. You will set up and adjust machinery for production runs and keep equipment clean and well-lubricated to ensure optimum performance.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, coordinating crew assignments, and potentially training new team members. The role offers a shift differential and comprehensive benefits as part of total compensation.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with routine operating procedures of equipment and the ability to operate following step-by-step instructions.
• Ability to perform minor clerical tasks related to equipment operation, such as maintenance records and labeling.
• Ability to identify improper machine operation and make basic adjustments.

• Clean, lubricate and maintain machines to ensure optimum operation.
