The role emphasizes relationship development with retail agents and carrier partners, negotiation of coverage terms, and profitable premium growth for specialized personal risk exposures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of insurance experience in Personal Lines underwriting or related areas.
• Experience developing relationships with agents, brokers, or carrier partners.
• Experience marketing business to carriers and negotiating coverage solutions.
• Working knowledge of Personal Lines products and coverages.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new business, renewals, endorsements, and complex personal lines risks within authority.
• Develop and manage relationships with retail agents, brokers, and carrier partners.
• Grow a profitable High-Net-Worth Personal Lines portfolio through new submissions and partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal teams and carriers to ensure timely policy issuance and servicing.
• Represent the organization at industry events and market development initiatives.
