• Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of equipment tooling and supplies.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand job ticket specifications; set and operate bindery machines to published specs.
• Set up bindery equipment to project specifications.
• Identify, troubleshoot and correct product defects.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on bindery equipment as needed.
• Operate at high production speed while maintaining top quality.
• Communicate job and machine status at shift-change to ensure smooth transitions.
