Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing setting up & operating bindery equipment.
• Ability to read job tickets and follow written specifications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work independently.
• Strong mechanical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand job ticket specifications. Set and operate machine to published specifications.
• Set up the bindery equipment to the specifications of the project.
• Identify, troubleshoot and correct product defects.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on bindery equipment as needed.
• Operate the bindery equipment at the highest production speed while maintaining quality.
• Communicate the status of jobs and machines at shift-change.
