Nahan is seeking a Bindery Operator II in Minnesota to assist Bindery Operator I in binding printed pages into finished catalogs and mailers. The role requires adherence to TPM and Lean principles, with duties including quality checks, training assistants, and daily maintenance tasks.

The position supports weekend overtime on a rotating schedule. The candidate should have a high school diploma, prior bindery experience, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous bindery/print industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform job OK’s and job sample checks for Binder operations.
• Assist operator with training employees to adequately operate equipment.
• Troubleshoot problems as they arise and inform Shift Leader.
• Inspect processes for quality standards and defects.
• Operate secondary binding equipment as trained.
• Attend Cost Center meetings and maintain TPM tasks.
