Job summary

Sheridan Minnesota is seeking a hands‑on bindery operator. If you’ve worked with machines, you’ll be trained to run high‑speed bindery equipment and help produce books, catalogs, and printed materials.

This is a 1st shift position, Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM with potential overtime. You’ll learn to set up cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders, keep machines running, and hit daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Be mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Can read basic job instructions and measurements.
• Take pride in doing quality work.
• Show up reliably and work well with a team.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
