Job summary

RLG Healthcare is seeking a Bindery Support to join our team on 1st shift. The role supports bindery machine operators in setup, maintenance, and operation of cutters, folding machines, and related equipment to produce printed materials according to job specs.

You will follow SOPs and ISO standards, assist with make-ready, read job tickets, ensure quality, and help maintain a safe, organized work area. This full-time, on-site position runs Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; and 1 year related experience.
• Experience operating bindery equipment in commercial print/packaging.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance.
• Able to read rulers, scales, and measurements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist bindery machine operators as directed.
• Follow ISO, SOPs, and cGMPs.
• Set up and operate MBO folding machines and flatbed cutters.
• Support folder configurations for special processes.
• Troubleshoot processes and escalate issues.
• Maintain quality and document make-ready times.
