The pay range per hour is $16.30 - $27.69. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. As a Bindery Specialist, you’ll work in a high quality team environment and participate in the finishing and kitting of printed marketing, promotional and training materials. You will be trained to operate shrink wrapping, paper drilling, padding and other small finishing equipment as well as lead kitting and assembly projects with peers and contractors. You will also assist large equipment operators in producing quality finished products. The materials you will help produce are used throughout the enterprise including in stores, in the recruiting of new talent to work in Target stores, as well as being shipped directly to our guests.
