Sheridan is hiring for a Manufacturing Associate – Finishing/Bindery. We’ll train you to operate high-speed bindery equipment on a daytime shift (7a–7p), full-time with competitive pay and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.).
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Basic math skills and ability to use measuring devices.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving.
• Reliable team player.

Responsibilities

• Feed books/signatures into machine.
• Pack books into cartons.
• Safely move materials to and from workstation.
• Perform hand operations as required.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products for quality standards.
• Follow safety procedures and keep workspace clean.
