Job summary

Impact, a Minneapolis-based printing company, is seeking an entry-level Bindery Operator I to support the Print Production team on the 1st shift (6 AM–3:30 PM), Monday–Friday.

You will operate bindery equipment, track production with Midnight and APT, and ensure safety, quality, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six to twelve months of related production experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate entry-level equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate entry-level bindery equipment (sheeters, cutters, jogging machines).
• Process jobs using Midnight and APT for accurate production tracking.
• Follow SOPs, safety policies, and quality control guidelines.
• Review job tickets and samples to meet specifications.
• Inspect output to ensure quality standards are met.
• Make minor machine adjustments to maintain alignment and quality.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Ensure proper documentation and quality for all shipped jobs.
