Pregis is seeking an experienced Bindery Operator to support finishing and fulfillment operations in Arlington, TX. You will operate bindery equipment, follow job specifications, and help maintain quality and on-time production across multiple machines.

Responsibilities include setup and adjustment of equipment, quality inspections, and documenting production data. Candidates should have 3–5 years in bindery or related manufacturing, strong attention to detail, safety mindset, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–5 years in bindery/printing/finishing/manufacturing.
• Experience operating and setting up production equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate bindery and finishing equipment.
• Monitor and operate multiple machines simultaneously.
• Review job specifications and production requirements before processing work.
• Maintain production output while meeting quality and productivity standards.
• Complete production documentation and job performance records.
• Perform quality inspections throughout production runs.
• Verify finished products meet customer and company specifications.
• Identify and resolve quality concerns before products move to the next production stage.
• Assist with equipment setup, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance activities.
