Modern Litho is a local, family-owned printing company with 85 years of industry-leading experience. We are hiring a Bindery Operator Assistant to support finishing processes such as stitching, cutting, coiling, gluing, and packaging materials, while tracking time and materials to keep operations efficient.

You will help with machine upkeep, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting minor issues to maintain steady workflow and high-quality output.

Qualifications

• Must be quality-minded and pay attention to detail.
• Must be able to read and understand a job ticket.
• The ability to problem solve.
• Must have strong attendance and good work ethic.
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to operate equipment.
• Basic computer skills to perform data entry and job tracking.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform pulling, pushing, reaching, stooping, and standing activities for the entirety of the shift.

• Cleaning equipment regularly
