Job description

Material Handler Pay: $17.50 per hour for 1st shift with a 7% increase for second and third shifts.

Additional Incentives:

• $100 Safety Shoe Reimbursement
• $100 Safety Glasses Reimbursement
• Company will provide all necessary tools
• Training provided
• 2 Weeks Vacation (specific to Bindery Material Handler 1)

Work Hours: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift schedules. 8-hour shifts.

Location: Two locations in Crawfordsville, IN: North Plant at 1009 Sloan Street; South Plant at 600 State Road 32 West. This job is for both locations.

Must be 18+ years of age.

As a Material Handler, you will:

• Create bundles of book sections.
• Feed book sections into the binding machine.
• Move books from the production line and stack them into boxes.
• Work in a team environment and cross-train with others.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry 20 to 80 pounds.
• Ability to stand for the entire duration of your shift.
