Sheridan Lebanon Junction is seeking a Manufacturing Associate - Bindery for 1st shift. No bindery experience is required as training is provided to help you succeed in a growing print manufacturing environment.

You will support bindery production, prepare materials for finishing, and ensure quality as you move materials through the process. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and consistent production flow in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or other hands-on environments preferred.
• Able to perform physical work and stay active during shift.
• Dependable and committed to teamwork and reliability.
• Detail-oriented and focused on quality work.

Responsibilities

• Support bindery production by staging, feeding, stacking, organizing, and moving materials.
• Prepare printed materials for finishing, packaging, and shipment with quality checks.
• Sort and handle printed materials per job specs.
• Operate material handling equipment like pallet jacks and carts.
