Job summary

Data-Mail, Inc. in Windsor, CT is seeking a Machine Operator Set Up for AM & PM shifts. You will set up, troubleshoot, and operate bindery machines (folder, cutters, printers, inserters) and train to be a backup mechanic.

Qualifications

• Experience with bindery equipment setup preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate own bindery machines; perform preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and adjust for quality.
• Complete setups for different work types (1up, 2up, Interstack, Wrap).
• Load mail, labels, and trays; keep work area clean and organized.
• Support other operators when needed and follow company rules.
