Staffmark Group in Austell, GA is seeking a Bindery Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will operate binding equipment, monitor quality, and help maintain production flow in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires basic technical reading, attention to detail, and reliable attendance. Training on the BQ470 will be provided; prior machine operation experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Bindery Operators by setting up and maintaining major binding equipment.
• Train on the BQ470 and interpret job orders for this equipment.
• Plan operations, set up and adjust equipment to meet tolerances.
• Monitor equipment during operations and make necessary adjustments.
• Perform daily maintenance and support new/existing team members.
