Summary

RPI, a global leader in print-on demand, is seeking an experienced and motivated Bindery Casemaker operator. Responsibilities include producing high-quality, high-output image-wrapped covers, primarily setting up and operating the Kolbus DA-260 casing-in machine, along with GP2 SC2 casing-in devices and general bindery duties.

This is a full-time position with flexible hours; overtime and weekend shifts may be required during peak periods.

Primary Responsibilities

• Set up and operate casing-in devices.
• Ensure timely production of all orders.
• Produce high quantities without sacrificing quality.
• Perform maintenance and minor repairs, demonstrating mechanical aptitude.
• Maintain organized and clean machines and work area.
• Collaborate with team members and execute daily plans.
• Train other operators and take on additional equipment responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years in a fast-paced manufacturing operator role; print manufacturing experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
