Primary Color Systems Corporation is seeking a Bindery Lead for the second shift to oversee hands-on production on the shop floor. You will operate bindery equipment and guide a small team of five bindery assistants, ensuring quality and on-time completion.

• Experience operating multiple types of bindery equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate bindery equipment throughout the shift.
• Lead a team of approximately five bindery helpers.
• Assign work and keep production moving efficiently.
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
• Train and mentor new employees.
• Review job tickets and verify production requirements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and equipment problems.
• Maintain quality standards throughout every job.
• Communicate production status and any issues to management.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
