Job summary

Lakeside Book Company in Harrisonburg, VA is seeking a Forklift Driver to support our Bindery department. You will operate forklift equipment to move materials and finished products, perform daily inspections, and input information into the COMN system.

Starting rate is $19.15 per hour, with work hours 6am–6pm across days listed. The role includes hands-on training and opportunities to advance, plus the chance to contribute to accurate scanning and paperwork.

Qualifications

Job description

As a Forklift Driver in our Bindery department, you will operate forklift equipment to move materials and product, perform daily inspections, accurately scan containers, use a computer to input information and receive training to further your career.

Starting Rate: $19.15

Work Hours: 6am-6pm M/T/F/S/S/W/Th

As our Forklift Operator, you will:

• Move materials and finished products
• Scan containers to ensure system accuracy
• Inspect your forklift on a daily basis and service the batteries
• Process departmental paperwork
• Use a computer to utilize the internal company COMN system for job information
• Receive training to help advance your career
